Click on the Components panel
Select v5 Smartbrowse
Uncheck the box for Active Components Only
Create a filter for the component needed and retrieve
Double click to open the component
Click into Edit Mode
Click OK to acknowledge you cannot edit in-active records
Click Yes to re-activate the record
