SmartQuarantine loads and runs 35 QAQC checks every time Quarantine is opened or refreshed. The purpose is to alert you of issues that must be resolved before the data can be processed. SmartQuarantine runs the checks and then sets the records that have issues on Hold with a meaningful message.

“Cannot process inspections on OOS components”
“Reading minus Background results in a negative PPM”
“Inspector is a required field for all inspections”
“Instrument is a required field for all M21 inspections”
“This is an inspection on a new component. Process the Component first.”
“The PPM reading is above the M21 Pegged Level”
“The InspectionDate is in the Future”
“This component has ruleset records which are missing the design type.”
“The scan time is less than the MinScanSeconds for this component.”
“This component has had a compliance field edit. Process the edit before processing the inspection.”
“Duplicated Scan Start Time”
“This component has had a rule added or deleted. Process the edit before processing the inspection.”
“Another quarantine record on this same tag has an issue and must first be cleared.”
22 QAQC checks on New or Edited Components:
“TagDrawing already exists on an Active Component.”
“Component TagDrawing is duplicated in the Quarantine table.”
“Component Tag is duplicated in the Quarantine table.”
“ComponentTag is a required field.”
“Plant is a required field.”
“Process Unit is a required field.”
“Component Class is a required field.”
“Component Category is a required field.”
“Category Reason is a required field on DTM and UTM components.”
“Process Stream is a required field.”
“Chemical State is a required field.”
“Pressure Service is a required field.”
“Invalid combination of Class and Type.”
“Invalid combination of Class and Manufacturer.”
“You must select a design type on each ruleset record.”
“You must select a Compliance Group on each ruleset record.”
“You must select a Regulation on each ruleset record.”
“This component is marked as New or Edited but the person who made the change is not documented.”
“No initial rule for this RegGroupClassState in the Compliance Rule table.”
