Click the Route Manager panel
Click on the route needed
Check the box for Paper Route
Click the Save Route button
Highlight the tags needed
Right click and select Monitor Selected
Populate the form
Click the Apply button
Right click anywhere on the grid
Select Send Monitored to Quarantine
Process the inspections through Quarantine
