Click on the Regulations panel
Select Compliance Rule
Double click to open the entry needed
Click on the Rule Change tab
Populate the Current Rule field
Populate the New Rule field
Click the Force Rule Change button
**this will change all components that have the same group, regulation, class, and state assigned**
