Unable to load the native components of SQL Server Compact

A customer receives the following error when trying to import an SDF file into Quarantine:

unable to load the native components of sql server compact corresponding.....The application cannot load the native components of SQL Server Compact that corresponds to the ADO.NET provider.

This means the PC is missing the correct version of SQL Server Compact. They will need to install Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 service pack 2 for Windows desktop. The link is provided or download using the file below.
